Curated by The Creative Collective NYC, this annual conference is dedicated to creating brave spaces for multicultural creatives. As Black entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry, this was a great opportunity for us to promote wellness and healing in a space curated for people just like us.
Culture Con brought together an array of talented young professionals & entrepreneurs to inspire the next generation of world changing doers. The sponsorship gave Holistic Remedies the ability to gift our CBD Healing Balm to all 75 guest speakers at the event, including Tracee Ellis Ross— can you believe that?! We’re spreading love and healing to a wider audience and we couldn’t be happier.
There was a fascinating panel on the Beauty of Cannabis, moderated by Angela Yee. It included beauty giant, Shea Moisture and a trailblazing Canna-preneur, Amber Senter. They shared valuable information on the importance of creating equity and inclusion in the cannabis industry. We even connected personally with Amber, founder of Supernova Women, and have now joined a conference call that encourages participants to ask her anything about cannabis business. The power of holistic networking is amazing!
Overall, we had a great time at our first Culture Con!
